Mr. Richard Bauer, CEO & President

Responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Customer activities worldwide, Mr. Bauer joined Cloverleaf from Expand Networks where he served as President of the company.  Prior to Expand, Mr. Bauer served as President and Business Unit Manager of PowerDsine, Inc., NY (NASDAQ:PDSN), and was instrumental in leading the company to a successful public offering.

Mr. Joseph Klein, COO & Founder

Previously Manager of Marketing & Sales, Information Systems Division at Elta Systems / Israel Aircraft Industries.  Responsibilities included marketing to the Defense Industry, and business development of new commercial markets for civilian-repurposed products.  Prior to that, he led the Software Department of the Division which grew from five to fifty five engineers in the fields of R&D and customer support.  Joseph also held senior positions at Astronautics, including heading the Software Department and managing the company's IT operations and data center, and at Elbit Systems.  Joseph has a Masters in Scientific Management from Boston University and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Bar-Ilan University.

Dr. Elic Yavor, CTO & Founder

Previously Senior System Engineer and Architect for Parallel Signal Processors, Highly Scalable Computer Architectures and Switching Fabric Networks at Elta Systems / Israel Aircraft Industries.  Elic received the Kaplan Prize from the Government of Israel for the Best Industrial Project of the year 1997.  Prior to his years at Elta, Elic founded and led two start-ups from 1981 through 1992.  Elic holds a PhD in Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and Stanford University.

Mr. Robert Wilson, Vice President, Sales, America

Mr. Wilson brings 25 years of sales, marketing, customer service, product development, technical and management experience to Cloverleaf.  Mr. Wilson joined Cloverleaf from Xiotech Corporation where he served as Vice President of Worldwide Channels and launched a new global channel program and grew their channel to $43MM in his first year.

Mr. Sefy Ophir, VP Development

Sefy Ophir joined Cloverleaf in 2001 as a team leader and in 2003 he was appointed Vice President of Development. Mr. Ophir brings 14 years of management and technology experience from the fields of telecommunications and network security. Mr. Ophir was previously the Co-Founder and CTO of Spearhead, Ltd., a provider of network security products including the NetGAP appliance. Prior to that, Mr. Ophir served 6 years as a project manager in a technological unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) leading development of real-time telecommunication systems. Mr. Ophir holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude in Computer Science from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion), and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Yossi Haas, VP Finance

Mr. Haas is a Certified Public Accountant, holding a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the College of Management in Tele Aviv, and a M.Sc. from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. Mr. Haas brings with him over 16 years of experience in the high-tech environment. He has served as CFO in telecommunications companies such as Comgates and Inspiair, and he has performed financial executive duties in the biotechnology sector as well.
