Required Expertise
The Director of Business Development should be experienced in interacting with and supporting senior management staff in a dynamic growth environment and possess the professionalism, poise and skills to communicate with a variety of external entities such as potential alliances and channels, prospects, customers, investors and consultants, while representing Cloverleaf Communications.
The position requires a self-starter, value-add context where the individual can anticipate needs, resolve problems and act independently on behalf of the company.
The position requires a minimum of eight years experience in a senior sales/BD role in high technology environments: preferably storage, storage management, and networking with international scope.
Excellent communications skills are a must, including both verbal and written styles. Ability to understand system level technical concepts required, including accurate reporting of customer requirements. Participating in industry activities with primary focus on building support and cooperation for Cloverleaf and brand development among industry players.
